  • Yes, but only if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item. Please email us with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery at info@ivansdreams.com.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

  • This usually means delivery failed or the address was incorrect. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll resend it to your updated address.

  • Not at this time. Please check the size charts in each product description before ordering. If your item was mislabeled, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send the correct item or issue a refund.

  • 2–6 business days to create and prepare your order.

  • Sometimes items ship from different fulfillment centers, so your order may arrive in separate packages.
